Ateri LLC Provides The Following Coaching Services:
Personal Coaching: Ateri LLC works individuals who are looking to deepen their learning and forward their action. This is done on the individual level, and the client may bring whatever topic or issues he/she desires.
Executive/Leadership Coaching: Ateri LLC works with the executive to identify the desired end results and then lay out the steps to achieve it. Many times there are behaviors, habits or other challenges intervening in the success of an executive’s vision. A 360 degree feedback tool may be used. Coaching helps the executive see situations and relationships more clearly and target actions to achieve the goals set out.
Team coaching: Jenness Hall is one of only 200 authorized facilitators of Team Coaching International. The team takes the Team Diagnostic Instrument which measures the productivity and positivity of the team, then the coach/facilitator moves the group to how to be more productive and positive to reach its goal. What products and services does TCI provide? We work with teams to discover their strengths, identify their learning agenda, address key opportunities for improvement and stay on track to achieve their goals.
